No comments, eh? Well, that's unfortunate. This is honestly probably the sort of person I would avoid if I saw them while I was out and about. Smoking, full of tattoos and piercings, and those cold, vaguely antisocial eyes (and note that I mean to use antisocial in the proper context, and not the common "averse to socialising" sense that people tend to use, though that could also apply to this character.) Personally, I can't do crap in Photoshop - not like this. xD My attempts at drawing in that program tend to be horribly sloppy failures that look little better than a person's photocopied butt. Of course, not having a tablet might be partly why... Still, I usually don't meddle in the digital art world too often, unless it doesn't require particular lines to look particular ways. For instance - when I draw my digital maps of fictional worlds, I can make those lines look however I want and no one could especially question them. I try drawing an animal, a person, a building, or any other recognisable thing, on the other hand, and... well, it just doesn't usually come out even have as good as this. I like how you blurred the background, gave some sense of texture in the various surfaces, made the smoke semi-opaque, and made the tattoos look precise and even fairly realistic. There was quite some intricate detailing here and there that I think deserves some appreciation.

Now, unless you want a critique, I won't bog you down with any criticisms, even if they are purely constructive. I think you did pretty well, and I'll leave it at that for now. =]
